Don M. Newman (July 31, 1923 – January 24, 2021) was an American pharmacist who served as the United States Under Secretary of Health and Human Services under President Ronald Reagan Ronald Wilson Reagan ( ; February 6, 1911June 5, 2004) was an American politician, actor, and union leader who served as the 40th president of the United States from 1981 to 1989. He also served as the 33rd governor of California from 1967 ... from 1985 to 1989. In 1990, he was appointed a United States Representative on the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization, and served until 1994. He attended Purdue University (B.S., 1947), Georgetown University Law Center (J.D., 1979), and Indiana University (M.S.B.A., 1972; M.B.A., 1989). He died in January 2021, at the age of 97. Ronald Wilson Reagan ( ; February 6, 1911June 5, 2004) was an American politician, actor, and union leader who served as the 40th president of the United States from 1981 to 1989. He also served as the 33rd governor of California from 1967 to 1975, after having a career in entertainment. Reagan was born in Tampico, Illinois. He graduated from Eureka College in 1932 and began to work as a sports announcer in Iowa. In 1937, Reagan moved to California, where he found Ronald Reagan filmography, work as a film actor.
