Don Carlos Harvey (December 12, 1911 – April 23, 1963) was an American television and film actor. Life Born in Council Grove in Morris County, Kansas, Morris County in east central Kansas, Harvey began his acting career by performing on radio and in tent shows and repertory companies with his wife, the former Eugenia (Jean) Bartness (1900–1966), who was eleven years his senior. In Hollywood, Los Angeles, Hollywood, he co-starred on a radio program with Hedda Hopper. Donald Frederick Harvey (born 13 September 1939) is a Canadian Anglican bishop. He was the Moderator Bishop and director of the Anglican Network in Canada, a founding diocese of the Anglican Church in North America, from 2009 to 2014, and the Director of Anglican Essentials Canada. He was previously the Bishop of Eastern Newfoundland and Labrador in the Anglican Church of Canada from 1993 to 2004. Donald Harvey
Donald Harvey (April 15, 1952 – March 30, 2017) was an American serial killer who claimed to have murdered 87 people, though official estimates are between 37 and 57 victims. He was able to do this during his time as a hospital orderly. His spree took place between 1970 and 1987. Harvey claimed to have begun killing to "ease the pain" of patientsmostly cardiac patientsby smothering them with their pillows. However, he gradually grew to enjoy killing and became a self-described " angel of death". At the time of his death, Harvey was serving 28 life sentences at the Toledo Correctional Institution in Toledo, Ohio, having pled guilty to murder charges to avoid execution.
