"Don't Lie" is a song performed by American recording group the Black Eyed Peas, taken from their fourth studio album, '' Monkey Business'' (2005). It was released as the second single from the album on June 29, 2005, after the successful "Don't Phunk with My Heart". "Don't Lie" was written by the band together with American production duo Peters & Peters while band member will.i.am headed its production. Richard Martin Lloyd Walters (born January 14, 1965), better known as Slick Rick, is an English-American rapper and record producer. He rose to prominence with Doug E. George Pajon
George Pajon Jr. (born April 10, 1969) is an American guitarist, songwriter and record producer. Peters & Peters is the professional name for the American, Detroit area record producers, songwriters and brothers Chris Peters and Drew Peters. They have collectively and individually written with or produced acts like The Black Eyed Peas, Kid Rock, Ted Nugent, Australian artists Holly Valance and Sarah McLeod, Canadian Idol finalist Tara Oram, Chinese actress and '' Super Girl'' winner Li Yuchun, and the British pop group Girls Aloud, who have sold 10 million albums worldwide.
