Domodedovskaya (russian: Домодедовская) is a Moscow Metro station in Orekhovo-Borisovo Severnoye and Orekhovo-Borisovo Yuzhnoye districts, Southern Administrative Okrug, Moscow. It is on the Zamoskvoretskaya Line, between Orekhovo and Krasnogvardeyskaya stations. The station opened on 7 September 1985. Name Domodedovskaya is named after Domodedovo International Airport, which is located some to the south of the station along the Kashirskoye Highway. Location It located at the intersection of Kashirskoye Highway and Orekhovy Boulevard. There are also exits to General Belov street. Connection There is a regular shuttle bus service from the station to Domodedovo, as Domodedovskaya provides the fastest ground access to the airport. Nina Aleksandrovna Aleshina (russian: Нина Александровна Алёшина, IPA: []; July 17, 1924 – November 17, 2012) was a Russian architect and head of the design department ' for the Moscow Metro for a decade. Nineteen stations of the subway system were projects she participated in or led. There are 250 active stations of the Moscow Metro. Of these, 209 on Moscow Metro proper, and some additional ones that are marketed by Moscow Metro: 6 stations of Moscow Monorail and 31 stations of the Moscow Central Circle. Orekhovo (Moscow Metro)
Orekhovo (russian: Орехово) is a Moscow Metro station in Orekhovo-Borisovo Severnoye District, Southern Administrative Okrug, Moscow. It is on the Zamoskvoretskaya Line, between Tsaritsyno and Domodedovskaya stations. Entances are situated on the edge of Tsaritsyno park, at the intersection of Shipilovsky drive and Bazhenov street. Orekhovo opened on 30 December 1984 as part of an extension but was closed the very next day because of flooding. It reopened on 9 February 1985. The station was designed by architects L. Popov, V. Krasnogvardeyskaya (russian: Красногварде́йская) is a Moscow Metro station in the Zyablikovo District, Southern Administrative Okrug, Moscow. It is on the Zamoskvoretskaya Line, between Domodedovskaya and Alma-Atinskaya. Krasnogvardeyskaya opened on 7 September 1985 and was named after the former Krasnogvardeysky district. Location The station is located in the Zyablikovo District. Entrances lead to Orekhovy boulevard, Musa Dzhalil and Yasenevaya streets. Transfer Krasnogvardeyskaya is a transfer station. Pavel Alexeyevich Belov (Russian: Павел Алексеевич Белов; 18 February 1897 – 3 December 1963) was a Soviet Army, Soviet Army colonel Colonel general, general and a Hero of the Soviet Union.
