Dominik Ritter
Dominik Ritter (born 23 June 1989) is a Swiss footballer who is currently a free agent. Career Ritter started in the Basel youth system. He made his way through the ranks at Basel and played in their U-21 team. In 2008, he was loaned to FC Concordia Basel for a year. In 2009, Ritter was brought up the FC Basel first team squad. He got his first chance to start in the game against FC Santa Coloma in the Europa League. Because he was unable to get a place in the Basel first team, he played six games in the U-21 team, the club loaned him to FC Winterthur for the second half of the 2009–10 season. This loan was prolonged for the 2010–11 season and on 15 June 2011 the transfer became definite. In the sport of association football, a defender is an outfield position whose primary role is to stop attacks during the game and prevent the opposition from scoring. Bernardo Ribeiro
Bernardo Salim Ribeiro (9 October 19897 May 2016) was a Brazilian footballer who played as an attacking midfielder. As a young player he moved to Europe, where he played in Italy, Albania (where he won the national championship of 2012 with Skënderbeu Korçë), and Finland. He also played in the Australian first division. Upon returning to Brazil, he died in the aftermath of a match for an amateur club after suffering cardiac arrest. Career Early life Bernardo grew up in Nova Friburgo, where he first started playing basketball at the age of 5, but being the shortest player on his team he struggled to make an impact. 2012–13 A-League
The 2012–13 A-League was the 36th season of top-flight soccer in Australia, and the eighth season of the Australian A-League since its establishment in 2004. The 2012–13 season saw the introduction of a new Western Sydney-based team, the return of Newcastle Jets FC after their A-League licence was returned by FFA, and the end of Gold Coast United after they were removed from the competition at the end of the previous season. This season was also the last A-League season to be broadcast exclusively on paid television, after SBS obtained the rights to a live Friday night game each week of the A-League season, and all A-League finals games on a one-hour delay, on a $160 million four-year broadcast deal, effective from the 2013–14 A-League season onwards. Marko Jesic (born 7 August 1989 in Fairfield, New South Wales) is an Australian football player of Serbian descent who plays for Marconi Stallions FC. Club career Jesic grew up on the streets of Bossley Park in Sydney's south west and was promoted to the Newcastle Jets A-League squad after playing in the youth league. Jesic is a graduate from the Australian Institute of Sport. Newcastle United Jets Marko started his football career at AIS. Upon his graduation from the Australian Institute of Sport he moved to Newcastle United Jets in 2008. On 6 October 2008 he made his A-League debut for Newcastle United Jets as a substitute against Wellington Phoenix.
