Dominic Hawken
Dominic J. Hawken (1967 - 6th February 2023) was a keyboard player, session musician, music writer and software engineer. His music career started in the 1990s, originally playing with Boy George and Marilyn. In 1994, he co-wrote "Stay Another Day", the UK number one single performed by East 17. He was subsequently nominated for two Ivor Novello Awards. In the 1990s, he worked with a number of leading DJs including Danny Rampling and Boilerhouse Boys to record a number of UK hit records, including " Can I Kick It" by A Tribe Called Quest A Tribe Called Quest was an American hip hop group formed in Queens, New York City, in 1985,Q-Tip
. He is a founding Director of Deluxe Corporation.

George Alan O'Dowd (born 14 June 1961), known professionally as Boy George, is an English singer, songwriter, DJ, author and mixed media artist. Best known for his soulful voice and his androgynous appearance, Boy George has been the lead singer of the pop band Culture Club since the group's formation in 1981. Peter Robinson (born 3 November 1962), better known as Marilyn, is an English singer. He is known for his 1983 hit " Calling Your Name" and his androgynous appearance. Early life Robinson was born in Kingston, Jamaica. At age five, he moved with his mother to Borehamwood, England. He left school at 15, and has stated that he was bullied at school for being feminine, and that he self-harmed. The Marilyn persona As a boy, Robinson loved Marilyn Monroe's image, and Marilyn became his school nickname. While the name originated from homophobic bullies at school, Robinson decided to appropriate it to his advantage. "Stay Another Day" is a song recorded by British boy band East 17, released on 21 November 1994, as the third single from their second album, ''Steam'' (1994). It is their only number-one song on the UK Singles Chart, becoming the Christmas number one of 1994, despite not being a Christmas song. "Stay Another Day" also topped the charts of Denmark, Ireland, and Sweden and peaked within the top 10 of the charts in several other countries, including Australia, France, and the Netherlands. Danny Rampling (born 15 July 1961) is an English house music DJ and is widely credited as one of the original founders of the UK's rave/club scene. His long career began in the early 1980s playing hip-hop, soul and funk around numerous bars and clubs in London. "Can I Kick It?" is a 1990 song by American hip hop group A Tribe Called Quest, released as the third single from their debut album, ''People's Instinctive Travels and the Paths of Rhythm'' (1990). The song, which has a call and response chorus, was recorded in 1989, when the band members were aged 18-19.
