Dolný Les
Dolný les is a national nature reserve in the Slovak municipality of Vysoká pri Morave in the Malacky District. The nature reserve covers an area of 186.26 ha of the Borská lowland area. It has a protection level of 4 under the slovak nature protection system. The nature reserve is part of the Záhorie Protected Landscape Area. Description The Dolný les nature reserve was declared in 1981 by the ministry of culture of the Slovak Socialist Republic. It consists of 3 parts with the largest part in the north and 2 smaller parts around 300m more to the south, separated from each other and the main part by meadows. The protected area was declared for the protection of regularly inundated soft-wood floodplain forest with willows, poplars, sporadic plants and typical animal species. Black-headed Gull
The black-headed gull (''Chroicocephalus ridibundus'') is a small gull that breeds in much of the Palearctic including Europe and also in coastal eastern Canada. Most of the population is migratory and winters further south, but some birds reside in the milder westernmost areas of Europe. Small numbers also occur in northeastern North America, where it was formerly known as the common black-headed gull. As is the case with many gulls, it was previously placed in the genus ''Larus''. Great Reed Warbler
The great reed warbler (''Acrocephalus arundinaceus'') is a Eurasian passerine in the genus '' Acrocephalus''. The genus name ''Acrocephalus'' is from Ancient Greek ''akros'', "highest", and ''kephale'', "head". It is possible that Naumann and Naumann thought ''akros'' meant "sharp-pointed". Grey Heron
The grey heron (''Ardea cinerea'') is a long-legged wading bird of the heron family, Ardeidae, native throughout temperate Europe and Asia and also parts of Africa.
