Doll Skin were an American rock music, rock band from Phoenix, Arizona, United States. The band's final lineup was made up of Syd Dolezal (They/Them) (lead vocals/rhythm guitar). Former members of the band are Nicole Rich (bass/backing vocals), Alex Snowden (lead guitar/backing vocals), and Meghan Herring (drums/backing vocals). The original band members met at School of Rock Scottsdale. Their sound is a blend of punk, metal, alternative, and pop. Doll Skin has been compared to bands ranging from The Donnas, to The Go-Go's, and to The Runaways. Dead Kennedys are an American punk rock band that formed in San Francisco, California, in 1978. The band was one of the defining punk rock, punk bands during its initial eight-year run.
