Cornereva ( hu, Somosréve) is a commune in Caraș-Severin County, western Romania with a population of 3,403 inhabitants. Sinkhole
A sinkhole is a depression or hole in the ground caused by some form of collapse of the surface layer. The term is sometimes used to refer to doline, enclosed depressions that are locally also known as ''vrtače'' and shakeholes, and to openings where surface water enters into underground passages known as ''ponor'', swallow hole or swallet. A ''cenote'' is a type of sinkhole that exposes groundwater underneath. A ''sink'' or ''stream sink'' are more general terms for sites that drain surface water, possibly by infiltration into sediment or crumbled rock. Most sinkholes are caused by karst processes – the chemical dissolution of carbonate rocks, collapse or suffosion processes. Štefan Uher
Štefan Uher (4 July 1930 – 29 March 1993) was a Slovak film director, one of the members of the Czechoslovak New Wave. Life and work He was born in Prievidza on 4 June 1930. He graduated from the FAMU in Prague in 1955. Among his fellow students were future directors Martin Hollý Jr. and Peter Solan. All three began to work at the Koliba film studios (then called the Feature Film Studio and the Short Film Studio) in Bratislava after graduation. Uher first worked in the short film division. The first movie he directed was '' My z deviatej A'' about the life of a group of 15-year-old students and their school. His second feature was ''The Sun in a Net''. His next two movies ''The Organ'' (1964), and '' Three Daughters'' (1967) were based on screenplay by Alfonz Bednár. He worked with a composer Ilja Zeljenka on 8 of his movies. Dolina Wehipeihana is a New Zealand Māori dancer, choreographer and theatre producer. She affiliates to Ngāti Raukawa and Ngati Tūkorehe iwi. Biography Cambridge, New Zealand is Wehipeihana's home town where she grew up. She went to Sacred Heart College in Hamilton. Her first encounter with contemporary dance came from Dorothy Coe her PE (Physical Education) teacher. In Hamilton Wehipeihana performed at the opening of the Gallagher Performing Arts Centre at Waikato University in March 2001 alongside the late Hirini Melbourne. Mariya Ivanovna Dolina ( ua, Марія Іванівна Доліна, russian: Мария Ивановна Долина; 18 December 1922 – 3 March 2010) was a Pe-2 pilot and deputy squadron commander in the women's 125th “Marina M. Raskova” ''Borisov'' Guards Bomber Regiment. She was active primarily on the 1st Baltic Front during World War II. On 18 August 1945 she was awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union. Dolyna ( uk, Доли́на, pl, Dolina, yi, דאלינע) is a city located in Kalush Raion of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast (region) in south-western Ukraine. It hosts the administration of Dolyna urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Population: . In 2001, population was around 20,900. History The city's history reaches the 10th century, making it one of oldest in the region. By the 14th century Dolyna became renowned for its salt mine.
