Joseph Flaherty (born June 21, 1941) is an American actor, writer, and comedian. David Russell Leisure (born November 16, 1950) is an American actor. A puppy mill, also known as a puppy farm, is a commercial dog breeding facility characterized by quick breeding and poor conditions.
