"Does He Love You" is a song written by Sandy Knox and Billy Stritch, and recorded as a duet by American country music artists Reba McEntire and Linda Davis. It was released in August 1993 as the first single from Reba's compilation album '' Greatest Hits Volume 2''. It is one of country music's several songs about a love triangle. In 2022, a duet version with the singer Dolly Parton was released. History "Does He Love You" was written in 1982 by Billy Stritch and Sandy Knox. Ballad
A ballad is a form of verse, often a narrative set to music. Ballads derive from the medieval French ''chanson balladée'' or ''ballade'', which were originally "dance songs". Ballads were particularly characteristic of the popular poetry and song of Britain and Ireland from the Late Middle Ages until the 19th century.
