Fencing is a group of three related combat sports. The three disciplines in modern fencing are the foil, the épée, and the sabre (also ''saber''); winning points are made through the weapon's contact with an opponent. Dmytro Oleksandrovych Chumak ( uk, Дмитро Олександрович Чумак; born 29 January 1980) is a Ukrainian épée fencer. Career Chumak won a bronze medal at the 2005 European Championships in Zalaegerszeg after being defeated 13–15 in the semi-finals by Poland's Tomasz Motyka.
