Dmytrivka, Chernihiv Oblast
Dmytrivka ( uk, Дмитрівка, russian: Дмитровка) is an urban-type settlement in Nizhyn Raion, Chernihiv Oblast, Ukraine. It hosts the administration of Dmytrivka settlement hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Population is Dmytrivka is located at the right bank of the Romen River. History It was a settlement in the Konotopsky Uyezd of the Chernigov Governorate of the Russian Empire. During World War II it was occupied by Axis troops from September 14, 1941 until September 14, 1943. Dmytrovka obtained the status of Urban-type settlement in 1958. In January 1989, the population was 3929 Until 18 July 2020, Dmytrivka belonged to Bakhmach Raion. The raion was abolished in July 2020 as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, which reduced the number of raions of Chernihiv Oblast to five. Chernigov Governorate
The Chernigov Governorate (russian: Черниговская губерния; translit.: ''Chernigovskaya guberniya''; ), also known as the Government of Chernigov, was a guberniya in the historical Left-bank Ukraine region of the Russian Empire, which was officially created in 1802 from the Malorossiya Governorate with an administrative centre of Chernihiv. The Little Russian Governorate was transformed into the General Government of Little Russia and consisted of Chernigov Governorate, Poltava Governorate, and later Kharkov Governorate. Highway M02 (Ukraine)
Highway M02 is a Ukraine international highway ( M-highway) connecting the M01 near Kipti with Bachivsk on the border with Russia, where it continues as the M3 to Moscow. The entire route is part of European route E101 and the section from Hlukhiv to the Russian border is part of European route E391. The M02 stretches through both the Chernihiv Oblast and the Sumy Oblast and ends at the border checkpoint at Bachivsk which is part of Hlukhiv Raion. Romny
Romny ( uk, Ромни́, ) is a city in northern Ukrainian Sumy Oblast. It is located on the Romen River. Romny serves as the administrative centre of Romny Raion. It is administratively incorporated as a city of oblast significance and does not belong to the raion. The villages of Lutschky (438 inhabitants), Kolisnykove (43 inhabitants) and Hrabyne belong to the Romny Municipality. Population: History The city was founded in AD 902. Zavodske (, ) is a city in Myrhorod Raion, Poltava Oblast, Ukraine. It hosts the administration of Zavodske urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Bakhmach ( uk, Бахмач, lit=plantations, ) is a city located in Nizhyn Raion of Chernihiv Oblast (province), in northern Ukraine. Bakhmach Raion ( uk, Бахмацький район) was a raion (district) of Chernihiv Oblast, within northern Ukraine. Its administrative center was located at the city of Bakhmach.
