Dmitri Lipskerov
Dmitri Mikhailovich Lipskerov (russian: Дми́трий Миха́йлович Ли́пскеров) (born February 19, 1964 in Moscow, Russia) is a Russian writer and dramatist. Biography Dmitri Lipskerov was born on February 19th 1964 in Moscow, Soviet Union into the family of a well-known dramatist and cartoon animator («Ограбление по…», «Волк и телёнок») Mikhail Lipskerov, and Inna Lipskerova, a music editor in the State House of Radio and Audio Recording. In 1981-1985 he studied in the prestigious Boris Shchukin Theater Institute. A year before graduating, in 1984 he played a part in the film ''Osoboe Podrazdelenie'' (Special Unit) made by Georgi Shchukin. Dmitri began his writing career as a dramatist. In 1989 under the supervision Oleg Tabakov the author staged his first play, ''Reka Na Asfalte'' (River on Asphalt), which later put on in more than 1,500 theatres and theatre studios. The intelligentsia is a status class composed of the university-educated people of a society who engage in the complex mental labours by which they critique, shape, and lead in the politics, policies, and culture of their society; as such, the intelligentsia consists of scholars, academics, teachers, journalists, and literary writers. Yukos
OJSC "Yukos Oil Company" (russian: ОАО Нефтяна́я Компа́ния Ю́КОС, links=no, ) was an oil and gas company based in Moscow, Russia. Yukos was acquired from the Russian government by Russian oligarch Mikhail Khodorkovsky's Bank Menatep during the controversial "loans for shares" auctions of the mid 1990s. Between 1996 and 2003, Yukos became one of the biggest and most successful Russian companies, producing 20% of Russia's oil output. Echo of Moscow (russian: links=no, Эхо Москвы, translit=Ekho Moskvy) was a 24/7 commercial Russian radio station based in Moscow. It broadcast in many Russian cities, some of the former Soviet republics (through partnerships with local radio stations), and via the Internet. From 1996 its editor-in-chief was Alexei Venediktov.
