Djan Faridz
Djan Faridz (born 5 August 1950) is an Indonesian businessman, a former Minister of Public Housing, and owner of PT Dizamatra Powerindo. Biography Faridz was born in Jakarta on 5 August 1950 to Mohammad and Aisha Djan. He attended St. Fransiskus Elementary School from 1957 to 1963, then Kanisius Junior High School from 1963 to 1966 and State Senior High School 2 Jakarta from 1966 to 1969. He then attended Tarumanagara University, where he graduated with a degree in architecture. Faridz's first business was a welder's stall, which eventually began selling building materials. In 1996 Faridz founded PT Dizamatra Powerindo, a private contractor that has been used by Pertamina. He has also been involved with property speculation, and was once member of the Young Entrepreneurs' Association In 2004 Faridz became involved with the Muslim organization Nahdlatul Ulama, becoming the Jakarta branch's treasurer by 2009. Tanah Abang is a district of Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The district hosts the biggest textile market in Southeast Asia, Tanah Abang Market. It hosts Bung Karno Stadium, in Kelurahan Gelora, and the western half of the largely skyscraper-dominated Sudirman Central Business District. Menteng
Menteng is the south-central district of Central Jakarta, one of the administrative municipalities in the capital city Jakarta, Indonesia. The nexus of its heritage is the Menteng neighbourhood (Project), a new urban design developed mainly in the 1910s as a residential area for Indo-Dutch people, the upper middle class, and high officials. At that time it was the first garden suburb in colonial Batavia. Today, the area is considered as one of the most expensive neighborhoods due to its close proximity to the Golden Triangle an agglomeration of Jakarta's three main financial districts. Hajji ( ar, الحجّي; sometimes spelled Hadji, Haji, Alhaji, Al-Hadj, Al-Haj or El-Hajj) is an honorific title which is given to a Muslim who has successfully completed the Hajj to Mecca. It is also often used to refer to an elder, since it can take years to accumulate the wealth to fund the travel (and did particularly before the advent of mass air travel), and in many Muslim societies to a respected man as an honorific title. The Regional Representative Council ( id, Dewan Perwakilan Daerah, DPD; alternatively translatable as the House of Regions or the House of Regional Representatives or the Senate of Indonesia), is one of two parliamentary chambers in Indonesia.
