Algeria, since December 18, 2019, is divided into 58 wilaya, wilayas (province, provinces). Prior to December 18, 2019, there were 48 provinces. The wilaya of El M'Ghair () is an Algerian province created in 2019, previously, a delegated wilaya created in 2015. It is in the Algerian Sahara. Geography The wilaya of El M'Ghair is in the Algerian Sahara; its area is 131,220 km² . It is delimited by: * to the north by the Biskra Province; * to the east by the El Oued Province and Touggourt Province; * to the west by the Ouled Djellal Province; * and to the south by the Ouargla Province and Touggourt Province. Djamaa
Djamaa ( ar, ﺟﺎﻣﻌﺔ) (also written Jama'a) is a town and commune in El Oued Province, Algeria. According to the 2008 census it has a population of 50,916, up from 37,438 in 1998, with an annual growth rate of 3.1%. Geography To the east of Djamaa is a large area of palm plantations. The locality of Tigdidine lies amongst the palm trees. To the west the landscape is mostly arid and sandy, although there is another smaller palm plantation about west of the town. Climate Djamaa has a hot desert climate (Köppen climate classification ''BWh''), with very hot summers and mild winters, and very little precipitation throughout the year. Sidi Amrane ( ar, ﺳﻴﺪي ﻋﻤﺮان) (also written Sīdī Amran) is a town and commune in Djamaa District, El Oued Province, Algeria, south of Djamaa. Tendla (also Tinedla or Tenedla) ( ar, اﻟﻌﻘﻠﺔ) is a town and commune in Djamaa District, El Oued Province, Algeria. According to the 2008 census it has a population of 9,193, up from 8,033 in 1998, with an annual growth rate of 1.4%, the second-lowest in the province. Climate Tendla has a hot desert climate (Köppen climate classification ''BWh''), with very hot summers and mild winters. Rainfall is light and sporadic, and summers are particularly dry. Transportation Tendla is at the eastern end of the regional road W303, which connects it to the N3 to the west. From there the N3 leads north to Biskra and south to Touggourt.
