Divinity Destroyed was a progressive metal band, formed in 1999 and based in central New Jersey. The band's music incorporating everything from Japanese folk to progressive rock to videogame scores. Divinity Destroyed released a number of independent discs and has opened for international acts such as the Misfits, Overkill, Balzac, and Cradle of Filth. In the Summer of 2005, they competed for the PNC Bank Arts Center stop of the Gigantour 2005, sharing the crowd with the likes of Megadeth, Fear Factory and Dillinger Escape Plan The Dillinger Escape Plan was an American metalcore band. Fear Factory
Fear Factory is an American heavy metal band formed in Los Angeles in 1989. Throughout the band's career, they have released ten full-length albums and have evolved through a succession of sounds, all in their main style of industrial metal. Over the years, Fear Factory has seen frequent changes in its lineup, with lead vocalist Burton C. Bell being the only consistent member for 31 years until his departure in 2020. Other than guitarist Dino Cazares, there are no original members left in its current lineup. The band went on hold in March 2002 following some internal disputes, but resumed activity a year later without founding member Cazares. Previous bassist Christian Olde Wolbers replaced him as the new guitarist, and bassist Byron Stroud joined the band. In April 2009, a new lineup was announced. The Dillinger Escape Plan was an American metalcore band. Gigantour
Gigantour was a sporadically organised traveling heavy metal music festival organized by Dave Mustaine of Megadeth. The tour was founded in 2005 with dates across North America (see also Gigantour 2005), and the 2006 and 2007 line-ups also traveled to Australia. The bands appearing at the festival were chosen by Mustaine. The tour is set as an alternative to tours such as Ozzfest. The name "Gigantour" was inspired by the classic 1960s anime ''Gigantor'', of which Mustaine is a fan. The most recent Gigantour took place in 2013.
