The province of North Sulawesi (''Sulawesi Utara'') in Indonesia is divided into eleven regencies (''kabupaten'') and four cities (''kota''), which together are subdivided in turn administratively into 171 districts (''kecamatan''). Southeast Minahasa Regency is a regency in North Sulawesi, Indonesia. Its capital is Ratahan. It covers an area of 710.83 km2, and had a population of 100,443 at the 2010 Census; this had risen to 116,323 at the 2020 Census. Sitaro Islands Regency ( id, Kabupaten Kepulauan Sitaro, although its formal name is ''Kabupaten Kepulauan Siau Tagulandang Biaro'') is a regency located off the northern extremity of Sulawesi Island in the southern Sangihe Islands, North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The Sangihe Islands Regency ( id, Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe) is a regency of North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. It comprises a group of islands situated to the North of Sulawesi. The Talaud Islands Regency ( id, Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud) is a regency of North Sulawesi province, Indonesia. The Talaud Islands form an archipelago situated to the north-east of Sulawesi, with a land area of 1,251.02 km2.
