Disebo Mametja is a South African professional soccer player who played as a forward for the South African women's national team. Club career University of Johannesburg Mametja was part of the UJ Ladies team that won the inaugural Women's Varsity Football cup in 2013. She scored a brace in the 6-0 win over TUT Ladies in the final. She was named the player of the match for her efforts. Gyori ETO Women In September 2015, she signed a two-year contract with Női NB I side Gyori ETO Women. International career In July 2006, she competed for the South Africa women's national soccer team in the 2006 African Women's Championship qualifiers against Tanzania and scored a goal in the 7-0 win which saw the team qualify for the tournament. The Tanzania national women's football team, is the national team of Tanzania and is controlled by the Tanzania Football Federation. They are nicknamed the ''Twiga Stars''. 2006 African Women's Championship Qualification
The 2006 African Women's Championship qualification process was organized by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) to decide the participating teams of the 2006 African Women's Championship. Gabon qualified automatically as hosts, while the remaining seven spots were determined by the qualifying rounds, which took place from February to August 2006. Later, Gabon withdrew from hosting the competition due to ''organisational reasons''. The CAF awarded the hosting of the competition to Nigeria in May 2006. The Női NB I ( hu, Női Nemzeti Bajnokság, for "Women's National Championship") is the top level women's football league in Hungary. Organized by the Hungarian Football Federation, it features eight teams. The champion qualifies for a spot in the UEFA Women's Champions League. Format From 2007–08 to 2009–10 eight teams played two double round-robins (so 28 matches) to decide the champion. For the 2010–11 season the league was extended to ten teams and a playoff system was adopted. After the regular season, which was reduced to a double round-robin tournament, the top 5 teams qualified for the championship playoff. At the start of the playoff the results against the teams failing to reach the championship playoff are subtracted.
