Zhou Wei (zoologist)
Zhou Wei (; born June 1957) is a Chinese zoologist, professor at Southwest Forestry College. Zhou was born in June 1957. He received his Ph.D. degree from Yunnan University in 2004. Zhou worked at Chinese Academy of Sciences Zoology Institute at Kunming from 1982 to 1996, and joined the faculty of Southwest Forestry College in 1996. Red River (Asia)
The Red River, also known as the Hong River (; vi, Sông Hồng; Chữ Nôm: 瀧紅; Chữ Hán: 紅河), the ' and ' (lit. Cyprinidae is a family of freshwater fish commonly called the carp or minnow family. It includes the carps, the true minnows, and relatives like the barbs and barbels. Cyprinidae is the largest and most diverse fish family and the largest vertebrate animal family in general with about 3,000 species, of which only 1,270 remain extant, divided into about 370 genera.
