Diphan (1970 13 March 2017) was an Indian film director who worked in Malayalam films. He was best known as the director of Blockbuster ''Puthiya Mukham'', released in 2009 and starring Prithviraj Sukumaran. He was the son of the dubbing artist Anandavally Anandavally C. R. (14 January 1952 5 April 2019) was an Indian actress and dubbing artist, who predominantly worked in the Malayalam film industry. ''Puthiya Mukham'' () is a 2009 Indian Malayalam-language action thriller film directed by Diphan and written by M. Sindhuraj. The film stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Bala, Priyamani and Meera Nandan. ''D Company'' is a 2013 Indian Malayalam portmanteau action- thriller gangster drama film. It is an anthology of three independently shot action films directed by M. Padmakumar, Diphan, and Vinod Vijayan. Its cast includes Jayasurya, Anoop Menon, Unni Mukundan, Fahad Fazil and Asif Ali. The film is produced by Vinod Vijayan, Seven Arts Mohan and Faisal Latheef under the banner of D Cutz Film Company and distributed by Seven Arts International.
