Dion Knelsen
Dion Knelsen (born January 4, 1989) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who is currently playing with EHC Olten of the Swiss League (SL). Career Knelsen attended the University of Alaska-Fairbanks from 2006 to 2010 and turned pro in March 2010, when signing with the Peoria Rivermen of the American Hockey League (AHL), who sent him to their ECHL affiliate, the Alaska Aces. After logging his first minutes as a professional ice hockey player in the ECHL, Knelsen opted to head to Norway for the 2010-11 season, landing a job with the Sparta Warriors. He quickly proved his scoring touch in Norway, recording 31 goals (plus 39 assists) in 59 contests en route to winning the championship. Knelsen moved to Sweden for his second year in Europe, joining HockeyAllsvenskan team Mora IK, where he spent the 2011-12 campaign, totaling 17 goals and 19 assists in 51 games. High Level, Alberta
High Level is a town in northern Alberta, Canada. It is located at the intersection of the Mackenzie Highway (Highway 35) and Highway 58, approximately north of Edmonton and south of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. High Level is located within Mackenzie County and was founded in 1947. The town serves a trading area of approximately 20,000 people. History The name High Level originated from the height of the land that separates the Peace and the Hay Rivers. The original location was approximately north of the present spot and along the old Fort Vermilion/Meander River freighting trail, serving as a stopping place, not a town. Peoria Rivermen (AHL)
The Peoria Rivermen were a professional ice hockey team in the American Hockey League. They played in Peoria, Illinois, at the Peoria Civic Center, Carver Arena. After the 2012–13 AHL season, the team relocated to Utica, New York, and became the Utica Comets. Carter Camper
Carter James Camper (born July 6, 1988) is an American professional ice hockey forward currently playing for EV Zug of the National League (NL). In 2010, after four seasons in the NCAA, Camper signed with the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League (NHL). Since turning professional, he has played most of his professional career in the American Hockey League (AHL). In February 2014, Camper was traded to the Columbus Blue Jackets, and in July 2014, Camper joined the NHL Ottawa Senators organization as a free agent. In July 2015, he signed as a free agent with the Washington Capitals. The CCHA Scholar-Athlete of the Year was an annual award given out at the conclusion of the Central Collegiate Hockey Association regular season to the best scholar in the conference as voted by the coaches of each CCHA team. Jordan Pearce
Jordan Paul Pearce (born October 10, 1986) is an American former professional ice hockey goaltender. Playing career Pearce began his hockey career with the U.S. National Team Developmental Program and the Lincoln Stars of the USHL. While playing with the Lincoln Stars in 2004–05, Pearce finished with a record of 22–10–4 with 3.07 goals against average and a .897 save percentage which helped the Stars achieve a second-place tie in the USHL's Western Division. After graduating from South Anchorage High School, he attended the University of Notre Dame and played for their men's ice hockey team in the CCHA for the following four years. Jeff Lerg
Jeff Lerg (born April 9, 1986) is an American former professional ice hockey goaltender who played in the North American minor league, most notably for the Toledo Walleye of the ECHL, and in Europe. Playing career Prior to his college hockey career, Lerg played for the Omaha Lancers of the USHL. He led the league in shutouts, GAA, wins, minutes played and ranked second in save percentage. Lerg broke the USHL record for wins in a season with 36 in helping lead Omaha to a share of the regular-season title. Lerg joined the Michigan State Spartans in 2005 and was named CCHA Rookie of the Year for his outstanding performance as a freshman. He was a member of Michigan State's 2007 NCAA Championship team where he held a 1.25 GAA and .954 save percentage in the tournament. In 2008, he was selected as a finalist for the James E. The 2009–10 ECHL season was the List of ECHL seasons, 22nd season of the ECHL.
