Dio Of Alexandria
Dio of Alexandria (; el, Δίων) was an Academic skepticism, Academic Skeptic philosopher and a friend of Antiochus of Ascalon who lived in the first century BC. Along with being an Academic Skeptic, Dio was an avid believer in the Greek gods and Titans, specifically worshipping the personification of time, Chronos. He was sent by his fellow citizens as ambassador to Rome, to complain about the conduct of their king, Ptolemy XII Auletes. In Rome he was poisoned by the king's secret agents, and the strongest suspicion of the murder fell upon Marcus Caelius Rufus, Marcus Caelius. The defence of Caelius in April 56 BC, the ''Pro Caelio'', is considered one of Cicero's and indeed Rome's greatest orations. His brother was the wrestler Topsius ( grc, Τόψιος). References

Days In Inventory
Days in inventory (also known as "Inventory Days of Supply", "Days Inventory Outstanding" or the "Inventory Period") is an efficiency ratio that measures the average number of days the company holds its inventory before selling it. The ratio measures the number of days funds are tied up in inventory. Inventory levels (measured at cost) are divided by sales per day (also measured at cost rather than selling price.) The formula for days in inventory is: DII = \dfrac where DII is days in inventory and COGS is cost of goods sold. The average inventory is the average of inventory levels at the beginning and end of an accounting period, and COGS/day is calculated by dividing the total cost of goods sold per year by the number of days in the accounting period, generally 365 days. This is equivalent to the 'average days to sell the inventory' which is calculated as:Weygandt, J. J., Kieso, D. E., & Kell, W. G. (1996). ''Accounting Principles'' (4th ed.). New York, Chichester, Brisbane, T ...

Dio Eraclea
The Japanese animated television series ''Last Exile'' has a cast of characters designed by artist Range Murata. All names are displayed according to their spelling in the English subtitled version of the series, as released by Funimation Entertainment or in the romanization of the Japanese names as they appear on official merchandise published after the English localization of the series. Creation and conception The initial concept designs for ''Last Exile'' were created by character designer Range Murata. Murata also spent a great amount of time on costume design. Wanting to portray each character's personality more fully, he "tried to draw in the kind of material that would have been used in creating their clothes and try to represent the stitches connecting the fabric". Although Gonzo initially intended for ''Last Exile'' to be shown in a space setting, it did not want characters who use sterile space suits. As a result, Murata's designs placed the show in its current set ...

Input/Output
In computing, input/output (I/O, or informally io or IO) is the communication between an information processing system, such as a computer, and the outside world, possibly a human or another information processing system. Inputs are the signals or data received by the system and outputs are the signals or data sent from it. The term can also be used as part of an action; to "perform I/O" is to perform an input or output operation. are the pieces of hardware used by a human (or other system) to communicate with a computer. For instance, a keyboard or computer mouse is an input device for a computer, while monitors and printers are output devices. Devices for communication between computers, such as modems and network cards, typically perform both input and output operations. Any interaction with the system by a interactor is an input and the reaction the system responds is called the output. The designation of a device as either input or output depends on perspective. Diet-induced Obesity Model
The diet-induced obesity model (DIO model) is an Model organism, animal model used to study obesity using animals that have obesity caused by being fed high-fat or high-density diets. It is intended to mimic the most common cause of obesity in humans. Typically mice, rats, dogs, or non-human primates are used in these models. These animals can then be used to study ''in vivo'' obesity, obesity's comorbidities, and other related diseases. Users of such models must take into account the duration and type of diet (e.g. hydrated gels vs. dry pellets) as well as the Environment (biophysical), environmental conditions and age of the animals, as each may promote different bodyweights, fat percentages, or behaviors. Driven by the Epidemiology of obesity, worldwide epidemic of obesity, particularly in the Western world, the DIO model has been integral in understanding the relationship between high-fat/high-density Diet (nutrition), diets and obesity, including the discovery of Protein kinase ...
