Dina Ruth Andrews (born February 28) is an American music executive, and entrepreneur. She is President and General Manager of Dina Andrews Management. Biography Andrews is a native of Los Angeles. She graduated from Azusa Pacific University where she acquired her BS in Business with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership. Andrews began her music career at the age of 19 under the tutelage of Dick Griffey the CEO of Solar Records. Career After four years at Solar Records, Andrews was pursued by producers Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis to help them with their careers as songwriter/producers. In 1982, Andrews began managing the careers of the duo who were then with "The Time" a Minneapolis musical group signed to Prince's Paisley Park Records (a Warner's Bros Joint Venture). Kelli Evon Williams-Malcolm (born June 1978) is an American gospel musician. Her first album, ''Kelli Williams'', was released by Sony Music Entertainment in 1995. Gilbert Thompson (21 March 1839 – 8 June 1909) was an American typographer, draftsman, topographer, and soldier. Biography Early life and Civil War Born on March 21, 1839, in of Mendon, Massachusetts, his father had helped combat the Dorr Rebellion in neighboring Rhode Island, and his great-grandmother was Deborah Sampson. At age ten his parents moved to the Utopian community of Hopedale, Massachusetts In Hopedale he trained to become a printer, and his first job was as a printer's assistant in a newspaper influenced by Adin Ballou. In 1861 he left to Boston, where he enlisted into the Union Army to fight in the American Civil War. The enlistment clerk wrote his profession as painter rather than printer when he signed up. Gospel Music Workshop of America is an international music convention founded by Rev. James Cleveland. GMWA membership Active GMWA Membership ranges from professional and amateur Gospel vocalists to instrumentalists, composers, arrangers, directors and producers, and the like.
