Din Beramboi
Mior Ahmad Fuad bin Mior Badri (22 December 1966 – 2 April 2010), better known by his stage name Din Beramboi, was a Malaysian comedian, actor and radio DJ and was widely known as a talented impersonator and stand-up comic who was very apt at improvisation. His memorable characters include Pak Rahim in the comedy series ''Afi dan Abah'' and the puppet Kicap in the talk show ''Tom Tom Bak'', both shown on Astro Ceria. He also frequently collaborated with Afdlin Shauki, having appearances in some of the latter's films such as ''Buli'' (2004) and ''Baik Punya Cilok'' (2005). Din ventured into radio broadcasting in 2008, pairing with Aznil Haji Nawawi on ''Riuh Pagi'', the daily weekday breakfast show on radio station Era FM. His stage name "Din Beramboi" was originally used for two fictional characters back in 1990: one created by himself and another created by cartoonist Ibrahim Anon for the magazine ''Ujang'', which became a plagiarism controversy during the mid-1990s. Sungai Besi
Sungai Besi (formerly known as ''Sungei Besi'') (English: Steel River) is a town and suburb within the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur. It was also a federal constituency in Kuala Lumpur from 1974 to 1995. Sungai Besi was a historical mining town with many heavy industries such as steelworks, waste steel plants and other steel industries. Sungei Besi Tin Mine site was the largest and deepest open cast alluvial tin mine in the world and in Malaysia. The town has since developed from a large area of village settlements. Background and progress The town is still in its original settings. The village structures are from the early days of the town. Most of the buildings are built from wood and the pathways are narrow. Radio DJ
A disc jockey, more commonly abbreviated as DJ, is a person who plays recorded music for an audience. Kepong is a town in northern Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The name is a Malay word meaning "Enclose" or "Surround", as the town is surrounded by a mountain range. Dengue
Dengue fever is a mosquito-borne tropical disease caused by the dengue virus. Symptoms typically begin three to fourteen days after infection. These may include a high fever, headache, vomiting, muscle and joint pains, and a characteristic skin itching and skin rash. Recovery generally takes two to seven days. Era FM
ERA (formerly Era FM) is a Malaysian Malay-language radio station operated by Astro Radio Sdn. Bhd. The radio station broadcasts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The radio station went on air on 1 August 1998. Aznil Haji Nawawi
Datuk Aznil bin Nawawi (born 6 November 1962), better known as Aznil Nawawi (sometimes he credited as Aznil Haji Nawawi, Aznil or Pak Nil), is a Malaysian TV host. He won the Best Talk Show Award at the Asian Television Awards 2005 in Singapore. In 2011, he marked 30 years of being involved in the local entertainment scene such as Akademi Fantasia. Dato' Afdlin Shauki bin Aksan (born 19 May 1971) is a Malaysian producer, screenwriter, director, actor, comedian, singer, songwriter, and television presenter and politician. Career Music A singer, musician and live performer Afdlin, together with his band Acid Iz, presents a flavour of R&B, acid jazz and funk. His debut album ''FUUYO!'' was released in late 2003. In 1992, he performed for an audience of 50,000 in the 'Ikhlas Concert' alongside Zainal Abidin and Sheila Majid among others. Astro Ceria
Astro Ceria is a 24-hour Malay-language television channel that is broadcast on the Astro satellite television service. This channel is dedicated to toddlers and children. It was launched on 31 August 2006, making it Malaysia's first-ever television channel dedicated to kids. Some of Astro Ceria's programmes are taken from various countries that broadcast their cartoons in English, Malay, Indonesian, Korean, Japanese and Mandarin.
