Dimitar Koemdzhiev
Dimitar Koemdzhiev ( bg, Димитър Коемджиев; born 28 September 1978) is a Bulgarian footballer. Playing career Koemdzhiev began playing in 1999 in the Bulgarian A Football Group with Pirin Blagoevgrad. After the relegation of Pirin he signed with Spartak-Pleven in 2001. In 2002, he played with FC Marek Dupnitsa, and featured in the 2003 UEFA Intertoto Cup against Videoton FC. He returned to Blagoevgrad in 2006 to play in the Bulgarian B Football Group, and secured promotion within the same season. He later had stints with Vihren Sandanski, and a third term with Blagoevgrad in 2011. In 2011, he played with FC Montana, and subsequently with FC Septemvri Simitli in 2012. Satovcha
Satovcha ( bg, Сатовча, old version: ''Satovitsa'', ''Svatovitsa'') is a village in Southwestern Bulgaria. It is the administrative center of the Satovcha Municipality in Blagoevgrad Province. Geography The village of Satovcha is located in the Western Rhodope Mountains. It belongs to the Chech region. History According to Vasil Kanchov, in 1900, Satovcha was populated by 832 Bulgarian Muslims and 650 Bulgarian Christians. Religions Both Muslims and Christians inhabit the village. Popular culture The village has greatly expanded in the last few years in aspects such as hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and the town center. The main hotel serving the municipality is the three star Zenit hotel. The village is home to three supermarkets. FC Marek Dupnitsa
FC Marek ( bg, ФК Марек) is a Bulgarian Association football, football club based in Dupnitsa, currently playing in the Third Amateur Football League (Bulgaria), Third League, the third level of the Bulgarian football league system. It was founded in 1947 following the unification of four local clubs. Home matches take place at Bonchuk Stadium, where Marek famously defeated FC Bayern Munich, Bayern Munich in 1977. Bonchuk stadium has a capacity of 16,000. The team last played top-flight football during the 2014–15 season. Marek's greatest achievement is winning the 1978 Bulgarian Cup. The Canadian Soccer League (CSL; french: Ligue canadienne de soccer — LCS) is a semi-professional league for Canadian soccer clubs primarily located in the province of Ontario, and claims the history of the Canadian National Soccer League (CNSL). It is a Non-FIFA international football, Non-FIFA league previously sanctioned by the Canadian Soccer Association (CSA), but now affiliated with the Soccer Federation of Canada (SFC). FC Montana
FC Montana ( bg, ФК Монтана) is a Bulgarian association football club based in Montana, which currently plays in the Second League, the second level of Bulgarian football league system. Montana plays its home matches at the Ogosta Stadium, which has a capacity of 8,000 spectators. The club's traditional colours are blue, white and red. After a prolonged period of absence, they were propelled back into professional football in the mid 90s with the help of some experienced and talented footballers, including the ex-captain of English Aston Villa and Bulgarian international Stiliyan Petrov. FC Montana was founded in 1921 when the few amateur sports clubs and organizations in the city decided to merge into one club. Vihren Sandanski
OFC Vihren ( bg, ОФК Вихрен) is a Bulgarian football club from the town of Sandanski, currently playing in the Third Amateur Football League (Bulgaria), South-West Third League. Sandanski's home ground is the Sandanski Stadium in Sandanski with a capacity of 6,000. Vihren Sandanski's team colours are green and white. Vihren was founded in 1925, changing its name several times during its early existence. Up until the early 2000s, Vihren played mostly in either the second or third tiers of Bulgarian football. Season 2004-05 is arguably the most important in the club's history, as the team managed to promote to the A PFG, or first tier of Bulgarian football, for the first time.
