Floris Diergaardt (born 23 September 1980 in Windhoek) is a Namibian football striker currently playing for FC Civics. He is a member of the Namibia national football team. Hans Diergaardt
Johannes Gerard Adolph Diergaardt, more commonly known as Hans Diergaardt (16 September 1927 – 13 February 1998) was a Namibian politician active for nearly a decade after Namibia gained independence. Prior to that, he was elected as the fifth Kaptein of the then-autonomous Baster community at Rehoboth, succeeding Dr. Ben Africa in 1979 after winning a court challenge to the disputed election of 1976. Both before and after independence, Diergaardt founded several local political parties, among them the Federal Convention of Namibia. He represented this party as a member of the Constituent Assembly of Namibia, convened to draft the constitution for the new nation of Namibia. Diergaardt is known for his criticism of black-majority rule in the early years of independent Namibia. Believing that minority group rights were not sufficiently protected, he led a legal suit to establish autonomy for ''Rehoboth Gebied,'' the historic district of Baster settlement, which had a kind of aut ...

Johan Diergaardt is a Namibian rugby union coach. He was coach of Western Suburbs Premier League Namibian team and chairman of the national selectors committee. Reggie Diergaardt
Reggie Diergaardt (born September 9, 1957 in Upington, Northern Cape) is a Namibian politician and member of the National Assembly of Namibia. Prior to Namibian independence in 1990, Diergaardt was the leader of the South West African Labour Party and one of the founding members of the United Democratic Front (UDF). From 1989 to 1995 he served in the Constituent Assembly of Namibia and in the 1st National Assembly of Namibia on a UDF ticket. He was appointed deputy ministry of Trade and Industry in 1990. In 1991 he was given the Youth and Sport portfolio, again as deputy minister, a position he held until 1993. Diergaardt became a member of SWAPO and was appointed by president Hifikepunye Pohamba as one of six non-voting members of parliament. He served his full term. Theo Diergaardt
Vivian Theo Diergaardt (1969/1970 – 22 July 2020) was a Namibian politician and Member of Parliament. He was Deputy Minister of Lands and Resettlement from 2011 to 2015. Life and career Diergaardt grew up in Rehoboth and attended school there at Dr Lemmer High School. He graduated from Peninsula Technikon with a Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting. Afterwards he obtained a Higher Diploma and a master's degree in the same discipline from Technicon SA, a distance university. Diergaardt was a SWAPO politician. He was the Regional Councillor for the Rehoboth Urban West constituency and a member of the National Council of Namibia as a representative of Hardap Region, both from 2004 to 2015. In January 2011 he was appointed Deputy Minister of Lands and Resettlement, and in March 2015 he was appointed one of two Deputy Ministers of Agriculture, Water and Forestry.
