Diego Maurício
Diego Maurício Machado de Brito (born 25 June 1991), simply known as Diego Maurício, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Indian Super League club Odisha. Club career After working in the club's youth team with coach Rogério Lourenço for several years, in 2010 he got promoted to the professional team by the same coach. He debuted for Flamengo on May 23, 2010, in a 3–1 win against Grêmio Prudente, at Maracanã Stadium, as a substitute and suffered a penalty in the final minutes. It is considered a great promise of the club, a player with good physical size and skill, many fans compare Maurício to Didier Drogba, calling him Drogbinha, which means the Little Drogba. Indian Super League
The Indian Super League (ISL) is an Indian professional league for men's association football clubs. At the top of the Indian football league system, it is the country's primary football competition. Organised by the All India Football Federation (AIFF), and their commercial partners Football Sports Development Limited (FSDL), it is officially known as Hero Indian Super League for sponsorship ties with Hero MotoCorp. The league currently comprises 11 clubs. Each season of the tournament generally runs from October to March. Hyderabad Football Club is an Indian professional football club based in Hyderabad, Telangana. The club competes in the Indian Super League, the top flight of Indian football. Founded on 27 August 2019, the club replaced Pune City after they were disbanded and their franchise rights were sold to Telangana businessman Vijay Madduri and former Kerala Blasters CEO Varun Tripuraneni. 2020–21 Indian Super League Season
The 2020–21 Indian Super League season was the seventh season of the Indian Super League (ISL) since its formation and the 25th season of the top division of the Indian football league system. The season started on 20 November 2020 and ended on 13 March 2021. It was hosted behind closed doors across three venues in Goa due to the COVID-19 pandemic in India. Mumbai City won the championship, having defeated ATK Mohun Bagan in the final, and also won the League Winners Shield for league premiers. The 2016 Thai League T1 (also known as the Toyota Thai League for sponsorship reasons) was the 20th season of the Thai League T1, the top Thai professional league for association football clubs, since its establishment in 1996. A total of 18 teams competed in the league. The season started on 5 March 2016. Buriram United are the defending champions, having won the Thai Premier League title the three consecutive seasons.
