Dick Roeding
Richard L. Roeding (November 28, 1930 – October 6, 2017) was an American politician. Roeding was born in Covington, Kentucky. He served in the United States Army during World War II. Roeding went to Xavier University and the University of Cincinnati and was a pharmacist. He was a member of the Kentucky State Senate from the 11th district, from 1991 to 2009. John Schickel
John Schickel (born March 29, 1954) is an American Republican politician. He is a member of the Kentucky State Senate, being first elected in 2008. Schickel earned an M.P.A. degree from Northern Kentucky University. A retired law enforcement officer, he served as a Florence police officer for over a decade, the Boone County jailer from 1987 through 2001, and a U.S. marshal for the Eastern District of Kentucky from 2002 through 2008. Kentucky State Senate
The Kentucky Senate is the upper house of the Kentucky General Assembly. The Kentucky Senate is composed of 38 members elected from single-member districts throughout the Commonwealth. There are no term limits for Kentucky Senators. The Kentucky Senate meets at the Kentucky State Capitol in Frankfort annually beginning in January. Sessions last for 60 legislative days in even-numbered years and 30 legislative days in odd-numbered years. Republicans have had control of the Senate since 2000.
