Diana Dutra
Diana Mary Dutra (born September 23, 1964), better known plainly as Diana Dutra, is a Canadians, Canadian former List of female boxers, female boxer. Dutra is a former world Jr. Welterweight champion. Dutra became a professional boxing, boxer at the relatively old age of 31, an age in which many other boxers are either retired or thinking about retirement. In a somewhat unlikely circumstance, Dutra became the International Women's Boxing Federation, IWBF's world Jr. Welterweight champion in her very first fight, held on October 20, 1995, in Denmark. Dutra beat defending world champion Helga Risoy that night by a decision in ten rounds to win the world title. Dutra never defended her title, but she kept fighting as a Jr. Welterweight until her retirement. Her second fight was her first, and, as it turned out, only professional fight in Canada. Light welterweight, also known as junior welterweight or super lightweight, is a weight class in combat sports. Yerington is a city in Lyon County, Nevada, United States. The population was 3,048 at the 2010 census. A knockout (abbreviated to KO or K.O.) is a fight-ending, winning criterion in several full-contact combat sports, such as boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, mixed martial arts, karate, some forms of taekwondo and other sports involving striking, as well as fighting-based video games. Christy Martin (boxer)
Christy Renea Martin (; born June 12, 1968) is an American former professional boxer. Competing from 1989 to 2012, she held the WBC female super welterweight title in 2009. In 2010, Martin was stabbed and shot by her husband. He was subsequently found guilty of attempted second-degree murder and sentenced to 25 years in prison. Lucia Frederica Rijker (; born December 6, 1967) is a Dutch professional boxer, kickboxer, and actress. Rijker was sometimes dubbed by the press "The Most Dangerous Woman in the World". Early career Rijker speaks four languages and is a Buddhist, dedicating time daily to meditation and chanting. Her mother was born in the Netherlands and her father is from Suriname.
