Dial Square Football Club is an English association football, football club based in Chertsey, Surrey. They play in the Surrey Premier County Football League. History When Arsenal F.C. were founded in 1886, they played their first match as Dial Square before becoming Arsenal F.C. and moving to Highbury. In January 2020, Arsenal fan Stuart Morgan, a former director of Camberley Town F.C., Camberley Town, founded Dial Square as a breakaway club following protests and disillusionment with the route Arsenal's American owner Stan Kroenke had been taking the club in, as well as perceived poor results. Chertsey
Chertsey is a town in the Borough of Runnymede, Surrey, England, south-west of central London. It grew up round Chertsey Abbey, founded in 666 CE, and gained a market charter from Henry I. A bridge across the River Thames first appeared in the early 15th century. The River Bourne through the town meets the Thames at Weybridge. The Anglican church has a medieval tower and chancel roof. The 18th-century listed buildings include the current stone Chertsey Bridge and Botleys Mansion. The Surrey County Intermediate League (Western) is one of the three intermediate football leagues which has most of its teams in the English county of Surrey and is the smaller of the two feeder leagues to the Surrey Elite Intermediate League.
