Dhermond is a village and union council also in the Talagang Tehsil, Talagang District, Punjab Province, Pakistan. It is around 25 km from Tehsil Headquarters i.e. Talagang. Talagang District (Urdu/ pa, ) is a district of Rawalpindi Division in Pothohar Plateau of Punjab, Pakistan. It is located in the north of the Punjab province. Talagang district is bordered by Khushab to its south, Attock to its north, Chakwal to its east, an Mianwali to its west. The district was created out of part of Chakwal on 13 October 2022. Awan ( Punjabi and ur, ) is a tribe living predominantly in the northern, central, and western parts of Pakistani Punjab, with significant numbers also present in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Azad Kashmir, and to a lesser extent in Sindh and Balochistan.
