Dhaka First Division Cricket League
The Dhaka First Division Cricket League, is a club one-day cricket tournament in Bangladesh. It is the second division of the Bangladeshi 50 over cricket league system. Administered by the Bangladesh Cricket Board, it is contested by 20 teams, with the top two teams of super league promoted to the List A-level tournament Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League and replaced by the two lowest-placed teams in that division. Bangladesh Cricket Board
The Bangladesh Cricket board ( bn, বাংলাদেশ ক্রিকেট বোর্ড; abbreviated as BCB) is the governing body of cricket in Bangladesh. The Bangladesh Cricket Board first became an associate member of the International Cricket Council in 1977 and on June 26, 2000 became a Full Member. Partex Sporting Club
Partex Sporting Club is a team that has played List A cricket in the Dhaka Premier League in 2014–15, 2016–17 and 2019–20. It is owned by the Partex Group of companies. Playing history Promoted from the lower division, Partex won their first match in 2014-15 but finished the season with only three wins from 13 matches, and were demoted for the 2015–16 season. In 2015-16 they finished first in Group A of the non-List-A Dhaka First Division League, and were promoted back to the Dhaka Premier League for 2016–17. However, they won only one match and in May 2017 they were relegated from the 2016–17 Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League back down to the Dhaka First Division Cricket League. Gazi Tyres Cricket Academy is a Bangladeshi cricket team that plays List A cricket in the Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League (DPL), beginning with the 2023–24 season. In 2022–23 it won the Dhaka First Division Cricket League for first time, earning promotion for the 2023–24 DPL Season.
