Bianca Michelle Devins (October 2, 2001 – July 14, 2019) was an American teenager from Utica, New York, Utica, New York (state), New York, who was murdered by a male acquaintance, Brandon Andrew Clark, on July 14, 2019. Following a botched suicide attempt, Clark was charged with Murder in New York law#Second-degree murder, second-degree murder. He subsequently pleaded guilty to the murder and was sentenced to 25 years to Life imprisonment in the United States, life in prison. Police reports stated that Devins and Clark were in an intimate relationship, although the two perceived the relationship differently. Devins' sister called Clark a close family friend, though Devins said in a chat log that she did not remember his name and had to "search it up" in their Discord chat history before meeting, whereas others feared he was exploitative. Jimmy Devins
James Devins (born 20 September 1948) is a former Irish Fianna Fáil politician and medical doctor. He served as a Teachta Dála (TD) from 2002 to 2011. Early and personal life Devins is a medical doctor by profession, and worked as a GP in Sligo town from 1975. His grandfather James Devins served a Sinn Féin TD for Sligo–Mayo East from 1921 to 1922. He is married to Judge Mary Devins. Career Devins was elected to Sligo County Council in 1991 and re-elected in 1999. He was first elected to Dáil Éireann at the 2002 general election for the Sligo–Leitrim constituency. At the 2007 general election, he was elected for the Sligo–North Leitrim constituency.
