Deva (1989 Film)
''Deva'' is a 1989 Indian Kannada-language romantic action film, starring Vishnuvardhan and Rupini. The film was directed by Vijay and written by M. D. Sundar. In the film, Vishnuvardhan played the role of Deva who seeks revenge from his younger brothers when they attempt to disrupt his peace after destroying his family in the past by taking advantage of his innocence. This film was remade in Telugu as ''Maa Inti Katha'' (1990), in Tamil as '' Dharma Dorai'' (1991), and in Hindi as ''Tyagi'' (1992), both starring Rajinikanth and the Telugu version ''Maa Inti Katha'' starring Mohan Babu. Xhafer Deva
Xhafer Deva (21 February 1904 – 25 May 1978) was a Kosovo Albanian politician during World War II. A notable local politician in Kosovo and in Axis-occupied Albania, he took charge of German-occupied Mitrovica and worked with the Germans to establish a pro-German Albanian government in Kosovo. Following the capitulation of Italy from the war, he helped form a provisional government under German occupation and set up the Second League of Prizren alongside other Albanian nationalists. In November 1943, he was appointed Minister of the Interior and was effectively given direct command of the forces of the newly formed Albanian government. On 4 February 1944, police units subordinate to him massacred 86 residents of Tirana suspected of being anti-fascists. Ramachandra Deva (Ramachandrayya Deva) (22 March 1948 – 11 September 2013) was an Indian writer. Deva was born in Kote Mundugaru village in Karnataka, India, to Deva Raghavendrayya and Honnamma. Education Deva completed his schooling in Kalmadka, Balila, Panja and Puttur and received BA and MA degrees in English literature from the University of Mysore. Bangalore University awarded him a Ph.D for his comparative analysis of Shakespeare translations in English and Indian languages, with particular reference to Kannada-language versions of his plays. Acharya Narendra Deva (; also Dev; 30 October 1889 – 19 February 1956) was one of the leading theorists of the Congress Socialist Party in India. His democratic socialism renounced violent means as a matter of principle and embraced the ''satyagraha'' as a revolutionary tactic.
