Derek Spalding
Derek Spalding (born 20 December 1954) is a former soccer player who played as a defender. He played for Hibernian in the Scottish Football League until he emigrated to the United States in 1977. He then played seven seasons in the North American Soccer League and at least two in the Major Indoor Soccer League. He also earned one cap with the US national team, in 1982. Club career Spalding was born in Dundee, Scotland. Growing up in Scotland, he signed with First Division club Hibernian as a youth player. He worked his way through the reserves before gaining a spot on the first team in 1972. Spalding played for Hibs in the 1974 Scottish League Cup Final, which Hibs lost 6–3 to Celtic. He played with Hibs until he left Scotland to move to the United States. Spalding had married an American woman and therefore qualified for a green card. Dundee

Rudy Glenn
Rudy Glenn (born October 12, 1958) is a retired American soccer player who coaches youth soccer. High school and college Glenn attended Mannheim American High School in Mannheim, Germany . He attended Indiana University from 1976-1979 where he played on the men’s soccer team. During Glenn’s four years with the team, it went to the NCAA championship in 1976 and 1978. Indiana lost in both games to the University of San Francisco. However, USF was later disqualified from the 1978 championship. Professional career The Chicago Sting of the North American Soccer League (NASL) took Glenn in the first round (third overall) in the 1979 NASL College Draft. Glenn became an excellent defender with the Sting. Libertyville High School
Libertyville High School, or LHS, is a public four-year high school located in Libertyville, Illinois, a northern suburb of Chicago, Illinois, in the United States. Located at the intersection of Park Avenue (IL Rte 176) and Dawes Street, on the shore of Butler Lake, it is part of Community High School District 128, which also includes Vernon Hills High School. History The school was founded as Libertyville Township High School in 1917. When it first opened there were 138 students from Libertyville and the surrounding towns, and seven teachers. United Soccer League (USL), formerly known as United Soccer Leagues, is a soccer league in the United States and Canada. It organizes several men's and women's leagues, both professional and amateur. Pato Margetic
Patricio "Pato" Germán Margetic (born May 17, 1960, in Avellaneda, Argentina) is a former Argentine footballer. He began his career in Argentina before playing five seasons in the North American Soccer League, as well as the Major Indoor Soccer League. Playing career Margetic's professional career began in 1978 for Club Atletico San Telmo from the Isla Maciel district of Avellaneda. He came to the United States to play for the Detroit Express in 1979 and then moved on to the Chicago Sting in 1981, where he went on to win NASL Soccer Bowls in 1981 and 1984. He was a first team all star in 1983, a second team selection in 1982 and 1984, and an honorable mention in 1981. While playing for the Sting he earned the nickname "Magic Man". Margetic played in 130 NASL games, scoring 42 goals and 59 assists for 143 points, which ranks him 34th all-time in the league.
