Derek Frey
Derek Frey (born April 23, 1973) is an American film producer and director who is the current head of Tim Burton Productions and Lazer Film Productions. He has been a producer on numerous Tim Burton-directed films including ''Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children (film), Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children'', ''Frankenweenie (2012 film), Frankenweenie'', ''Big Eyes'', ''Alice in Wonderland (2010 film), Alice in Wonderland'', ''Dumbo (2019 film), Dumbo'', and others. Drexel Hill is a neighborhood and census-designated place (CDP) located in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. The population was 29,181 at the 2020 census, up from 28,043 at the 2010 census, and accounting for over a third of Upper Darby's population. Sleepy Hollow (film)
''Sleepy Hollow'' is a 1999 gothic supernatural horror film directed by Tim Burton. It is a film adaptation loosely based on Washington Irving's 1820 short story "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow", and stars Johnny Depp and Christina Ricci, with Miranda Richardson, Michael Gambon, Casper Van Dien, Christopher Lee and Jeffrey Jones in supporting roles. Stop motion is an animated filmmaking technique in which objects are physically manipulated in small increments between individually photographed frames so that they will appear to exhibit independent motion or change when the series of frames is played back.
