The Derde Klasse is a women's football league in the Netherlands. Teams in this league promote to the Tweede Klasse and relegate to the Vierde Klasse. The league is organized into Saturday and Sunday divisions. Each of these are further divided into eight groups, creating 16 sections. The Royal Dutch Football Association (, ; KNVB ) is the governing body of football in the Netherlands. It organises the main Dutch football leagues (Eredivisie and Eerste Divisie), the amateur leagues, the KNVB Cup, and the Dutch men's and women's national teams. For three seasons in the 2010s, the KNVB and its Belgian counterpart operated a joint top-level women's league, the BeNe League, until the two countries dissolved the league after the 2014–15 season and re-established their own top-level leagues. The Vierde Klasse ( en, Fourth Class) is the ninth tier of football in the Netherlands and the seventh tier of Dutch amateur football. This is the lowest league in the South I region only for Saturday. The league is divided into 55 divisions, 29 played on Saturday and 26 on Sunday. Each division consists of 12 to 14 teams.
