Deputy Minister Of Foreign Affairs (Malaysia)
The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs is a non-Malaysian cabinet position serving as deputy head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Ministry of External Affairs was created in 1956 with the Independence of Malaya looming. It was not until 1965 when the ministry was renamed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and relocated from the Sultan Abdul Samad Building in Kuala Lumpur to Wisma Putra in Putrajaya. Nevertheless, the position of deputy minister was only created in 1979 with only a full minister at the helm of the ministry previously. The coat of arms of Malaysia ( ms, Jata Negara Malaysia) is a coat of arms comprising a shield or escutcheon, two tigers for supporters, a crescent and fourteen-pointed star for a crest and a motto. As the Malaysian coat of arms descended from that of the Federated Malay States under British colonial rule, it resembles European heraldic designs. Design The coat of arms consists of a shield guarded by two rampant tigers as supporters. The shield is topped by a crest consisting of a yellow crescent with a 14-pointed " federal star", and includes a motto, on a banner, at the bottom. Wisma Putra
''Wisma Putra'' is a metonym for the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It is also the name of the RM170 million Ministry of Foreign Affairs complex located at the country's administrative capital, Putrajaya. The name ''Wisma Putra'' was given to the original Ministry of Foreign Affairs building in Jalan Wisma Putra, Kuala Lumpur back in 1966. The name "Putra" was given in honor of Malaysia's father of Independence, Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj, since the Ministry stood on the site of the official residence of the Chief Minister of the Federation of Malaya. The entire Ministry moved to Putrajaya on 17 September 2001. When the Ministry eventually moved to a bigger complex in Putrajaya, it carried the name ''Wisma Putra'' to Putrajaya. The Alliance of Hope ( ms, Pakatan Harapan; abbrev: PH; stylized as HARAPAN) is a Malaysian political coalition consisting of centre-left political parties which was formed in 2015 to succeed the Pakatan Rakyat coalition. Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB; en, United Bumiputera Heritage Party) is a right-wing political party in Malaysia. It is currently the largest political party in Sarawak. Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu was formed from the combination of three parties in Sarawak; Parti Negara Sarawak, Barisan Rakyat Jati Sarawak and Parti Pesaka Anak Sarawak. The Sarawak United Peoples' Party, or SUPP (; ms, Parti Rakyat Bersatu Sarawak; Iban: ''Gerempong Sa'ati Rayat Sarawak'') is a multiracial centre-right local political party of Malaysia based in Sarawak. Sarawak Native People's Party
The Sarawak Native People's Party or ms, Parti Bansa Dayak Sarawak (PBDS) was a political party in the state of Sarawak in Malaysia. It was established in 1983, by Datuk Amar Leo Moggie Irok, after seceding from Sarawak National Party (SNAP) following his loss in the contest for the SNAP's president post against Datuk Amar James Wong Kim Ming. PBDS, as a breakaway of SNAP, won 15 seats in the 1987 Sarawak state election, while its ally, Sarawak Malaysian People's Association (PERMAS), won only 5 seats. Overall, the PBDS won 28 constituencies with PBB 14; SUPP 11 and SNAP 3.
