Club Deportivo Independiente Miraflores (sometimes referred as DIM) is a Peruvian football club, playing in the city of Miraflores, Lima, Peru. History The Club Atlético Independiente was founded on August 30, 1983. In the 2009 Copa Perú, the club classified to the National Stage, but was eliminated by Tecnológico in the Quarterfinals. In the 2011 Copa Perú, the club classified to the Departamental Stage, but was eliminated by Pacífico in the Semifinals. In the 2015 Copa Perú, the club classified to the National Stage, but was eliminated by La Bocana in the Quarterfinals. In the 2016 Copa Perú, the club classified to the National Stage, but was eliminated by Octavio Espinosa in the Repechage. In the 2019 Copa Perú, the club classified to the National Stage, but was eliminated by Deportivo Llacuabamba in the Round of 32. Miraflores is a district of the Lima Province in Peru. It is a residential and upscale shopping district south of downtown Lima. It is also one of the most affluent districts that make up the city of Lima. Club Social Deportivo Octavio Espinosa is a Peruvian football club, playing in the city of Ica, Peru. The club were founded 1923 and play in the Copa Perú which is the third division of the Peruvian league. The Peruvian football league system is a complex system. Though the general outline includes the Liga 1, Liga 2 and Copa Perú. The Copa Perú is very large involving several stages and leagues within it. In addition, the Copa Perú is played within a year. 2022 Copa Perú
The 2022 Peru Cup season ( es, Copa Perú 2022), the largest amateur tournament of Peruvian football. The Regional Stage ( es, Etapa Regional) started in 12 February, and the National Stage ( es, Etapa Nacional) started in November. The winner of the National Stage was promoted to the Liga 1 and the runner-up was promoted to the Liga 2. The format used in this soccer competition was created by the Chilean Leandro A. Shara. On 23 August 2022, it was announced that starting from 2023, the Copa Perú would only give promotion to Liga 2 due to the reforms of Peruvian football by the FPF, meaning that this Copa Perú edition was the last that awarded its winning team promotion to the Peruvian top flight.
