Deportes Vallenar
Club de Deportes Vallenar is a Chilean Football club, their home town is Vallenar, Chile. They currently play in the fourth level of Chilean football, the Tercera A. The club was founded in the "Población Baquedano" of Vallenar. It is the only one that represents and has represented the city of Vallenar in the Chilean soccer. On 15 May 2010 made his debut in the Copa Chile, playing a match against Deportes La Serena, receiving a win by 0-12 in the first leg, while in the return match played in the Estadio La Portada, lost by 7-0, leaving a global marker of 19-0 in favor of the team of the fourth region. Vallenar
Vallenar is a city and commune in Atacama Region, Chile. It is the capital of the Huasco Province and is located in the valley of the Huasco River. Vallenar has 52,000 inhabitants. Its main activities are farming and mining. It was founded as San Ambrosio de Ballenary by Ambrose O'Higgins in 1789, after his birthplace in Ballynary in County Sligo, Ireland. Llanos de Challe National Park is located northwest of the city of Vallenar. Demographics According to the 2002 census by the National Statistics Institute, Vallenar had 48,040 inhabitants (23,284 men and 24,756 women). Of these, 43,750 (91.1%) lived in urban areas and 4,290 (8.9%) in rural areas. The population grew by 1.7% (792 persons) between the 1992 and 2002 censuses. Matías Fracchia
Matías Fracchia Moreira (born 21 September 1995) is a professional footballer who plays as a defender for Danubio. Born in Chile, he has represented both the United States and Uruguay at under-20 level. Club career Fracchia played college soccer for North Carolina State University while he studied sports management. In 2017, he moved to Chile and signed with Deportes Temuco. For 2019, he signed for Chilean second division side Deportes Vallenar after failing to make an appearance for Deportes Temuco and Barnechea in the lower leagues. Francisco Michea
Francisco Javier Michea Michea (born 24 December 1978) is a Chilean football coach and former player who played as a midfielder. Career A product of Regional Atacama, Michea is strongly related with Deportes Copiapó, the team founded after Regional Atacama dissolved in 1998. He played for them in three stints.
