Deo Rwabiita
Deo K. Rwabiita (1943 – 7 June 2017) was a Ugandan politician and diplomat. Born in Ibanda District in 1943, Rwabiita studied marketing at the University of Nairobi in Kenya. He was appointed Deputy Minister of Relief and Social Rehabilitation in 1988 and took office in the parliament of Uganda later that year as a representative of Ibanda. He served until 2001 and was succeeded in office by John Byabagambi. Rwabiita later served as Ugandan ambassador to Belgium, Germany, and Italy. He died at the age of 74 on 7 June 2017, while at Kiruddu General Hospital. Ibanda District
Ibanda District is a Districts of Uganda, district in the Western Region, Uganda, Western Region of Uganda. The town of Ibanda is the site of the district headquarters. Location Ibanda District is bordered by Kitagwenda District to the west, Kamwenge District to the north, Kiruhura District to the east, Mbarara District and Buhweju District to the south, and Rubirizi District to the southwest. Parliament Of Uganda
The parliament of Uganda is the country's legislative body. Unicameral, the most significant of the Ugandan parliament's functions is to pass laws that will provide good governance in the country. The government ministers are bound to answer to the people's representatives on the floor of the house. John Byabagambi
John Byabagambi (born 8 May 1958) is a Ugandan engineer and politician. He was the Cabinet Minister for Karamoja Affairs, in the Cabinet of Uganda. He was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016, and was replaced by Mary Goretti Kitutu on 8 June 2021. He previously served as Minister of Works and Transport between March 2015 and June 2016, replacing Abraham Byandala who was appointed Minister Without Portfolio. He is also the elected Member of Parliament, representing Ibanda County South, Ibanda District. He was first elected to that position in 2001. Kiruddu General Hospital, also known as Kiruddu General Referral Hospital, is a hospital in Uganda. It is an urban, public, general hospital. It cost an estimated US$10.3 million (about USh37 billion) plus about $350,000 in supervisory fees to build. The hospital was constructed by the government of Uganda, with funding from the African Development Bank (AfDB) and the Nigeria Trust Fund (NTF). The hospital opened to the public on 16 May 2016.
