Denys Rudolfovych Hotfrid ( ua, Денис Рудольфович Готфрід, also transliterated Gotfrid, born 5 February 1975 in Magnitogorsk, Chelyabinsk Oblast) is a retired male weightlifter from Ukraine. He twice competed for his native country at the Summer Olympics: 1996 and 2000. Magnitogorsk ( rus, Магнитого́рск, p=məɡnʲɪtɐˈɡorsk, ) is an industrial city in Chelyabinsk Oblast, Russia, located on the eastern side of the extreme southern extent of the Ural Mountains by the Ural River.
