Daniel DeVerl "Malano" Seum (born January 28, 1940) is an American politician. He was a member of the Kentucky Senate, representing the 38th district from 1995 to 2019. Breckinridge County is a county located in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. As of the 2020 census, the population was 20,432. Its county seat is Hardinsburg, Kentucky.
