Dennis Velez is a United States Navy rear admiral and surface warfare officer who has served as the director of plans and policy of United States Cyber Command since June 2023. He most recently served as the commander of Carrier Strike Group 10 from April 2022 to May 2023. An oak leaf cluster is a ribbon device to denote preceding decorations and awards consisting of a miniature bronze or silver twig of four oak leaves with three acorns on the stem.
