Dennis Grote
Dennis Grote (born 9 August 1986) is a German professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Preußen Münster. In 2009, he won the 2009 UEFA Under-21 Championship with the Germany under-21 national team. Club career After starting his career at Bundesliga side 1. FC Kaiserslautern, he joined VfL Bochum in 2002 and came from the youth team to the first team in the Bundesliga. In the second half of the 2004–05 season, Grote played as an amateur in five league games. In summer 2005, he signed a professional contract. On 16 December 2005, he scored his first professional goal in the 88th minute for a 1–0 victory in a second division match against Unterhaching. 2009 UEFA Under-21 Championship
The 2009 UEFA European Under-21 Championship began on 15 June 2009, and was the 17th UEFA European Under-21 Championship. This was the first tournament after the competition reverted to a two-year format, following the single-year 2006–07 competition, which allowed the change to odd-numbered years. Sweden hosted the final tournament in June 2009; therefore, their under-21 team qualified automatically. Players born on or after 1 January 1986 were eligible to play in this competition. Qualification The qualifying draw split the nations onto 10 groups of 5 or 6 teams. The seeding pots are formed on the basis of former performance in the tournament. 2009–10 Regionalliga
The 2009–10 Regionalliga season was the sixteenth since its re-establishment after German reunification and the second as a fourth-level league within the German football league system. It was contested in three divisions with eighteen teams each. The competition began on 7 August 2008 with the first matches of each division and ended on 29 May 2010. The Regionalliga West is a German semi-professional football division administered by the Western German Football Association based in Duisburg. It is one of the five German regional football associations. Being the single flight of the Western German state association, the Regionalliga is currently a level 4 division of the German football league system. Oberliga Westfalen
The Oberliga Westfalen is the highest level football league in the region of Westphalia, which is part of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. The league existed from 1978 to 2008, but was then replaced by the NRW-Liga, a new statewide league. With the reform of the league system in 2012, which reduced the Regionalliga West to clubs from North Rhine-Westphalia only and disbanded the NRW-Liga below it, the Oberliga Westfalen was reintroduced as the highest tier in the region and the fifth level overall in Germany. The DFB-Pokal ( is a German knockout football cup competition held annually by the German Football Association (DFB). Sixty-four teams participate in the competition, including all clubs from the Bundesliga and the 2. Bundesliga. It is considered the second-most important club title in German football after the Bundesliga championship. Taking place from August until May, the winner qualifies for the DFL-Supercup and the UEFA Europa League unless the winner already qualifies for the UEFA Champions League in the Bundesliga. Felix Luz (born 18 January 1982) is a German former professional footballer who played as a striker. His career was hampered by suffering various knee injuries in his career. Career Luz was born in Esslingen am Neckar. He started his career at Bundesliga club VfB Stuttgart, but played for the VfB Stuttgart II side. Then in 2004 he joined TSG 1899 Hoffenheim on loan in the South Regional. After his loan spell at Hoffenheim he returned to VfB Stuttgart II.
