Dennis A. Ross
Dennis Alan Ross (born October 18, 1959) is an American businessman and politician who served in the United States House of Representatives from 2011 to 2019. A Republican from Florida, his district was numbered as during his first two years in Congress, and it was numbered as the during his last six years in Congress. In April 2018, Ross announced that he would retire from Congress, and not run for re-election in 2018. Starting in 2018, Ross became a distinguished professor of political science at Southeastern University and launched the American Center for Political Leadership (ACPL) in the Jannetides College of Business and Entrepreneurial Leadership. Andrew Poysell Ireland (born August 23, 1930) is an American politician and former U.S. Representative from Florida. Biography Born to a wealthy family in Cincinnati, Ohio, he attended a private school within the city. He finished his high school career at Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts. The Tea Party movement was an American fiscally conservative political movement within the Republican Party that began in 2009. Members of the movement called for lower taxes and for a reduction of the national debt and federal budget deficit through decreased government spending.
