İzmir Province ( tr, İzmir ili) is a province and metropolitan municipality of Turkey in western Anatolia, situated along the Aegean coast. Dikili
Dikili is a coastal town and a district of İzmir Province in the Aegean Region of Turkey. The district is quite picturesque both along its shoreline and in its inland parts, and is a popular summer resort. The central town of Dikili is situated at about north of İzmir, served by a good road. The notable township of Çandarlı (ancient Pitane) is located close to Dikili. Turkish vehicle registration plates are number plates found on Turkish vehicles. The plates use an indirect numbering system associated with the geographical info. Muhtar (title)
A muhtar is the elected village head in villages of Turkey. In cities, likewise, each neighbourhood has a muhtar but with a slightly different status. Muhtars and their village councils ( tr, Azalar or Ä°htiyar heyeti) are elected during local elections for five years. However, political parties are not permitted to nominate candidates for these posts. Rural muhtars In each village, the muhtar is the highest elected authority of the village.
