Denis Tsargush
Denís Tsargúsh ( ab, Дени́с Царгәы́ш, IPA /dɛˈnis t͡sʰɑrˈgʷɨʂ/, born 1 September 1987 in Gudauta, Abkhazia, Georgia, also known as Dinislam Tsargush, is a Russian freestyle wrestler of Abkhaz descent. He is a three-time European Champion, three-time World Champion and also won a bronze medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics. He is a Grand Master of Sports in Freestyle Wrestling. He won the 74 kg weight class at the 2009, 2010 and 2014 FILA Wrestling World Championships. He won the bronze medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the men's 74 kg category. Gudauta
Gudauta ( ka, გუდაუთა, ; ab, Гәдоуҭа, ''Gwdowtha''; russian: Гудаута, ''Gudauta'') is a town in Abkhazia, Georgia, and a centre of the eponymous district. It is situated on the Black Sea, 37 km northwest of Sukhumi, the capital of Abkhazia. It is the namesake for the Gudauta Bay. The Universiade is an international multi-sport event, organized for university athletes by the International University Sports Federation (FISU). The name is a portmanteau of the words "University" and "Olympiad". The Universiade is referred to in English as the World University Games or World Student Games; however, this latter term can also refer to competitions for sub-University grades students. In July 2020 as part of a new branding system by the FISU, it was stated that the Universiade will be officially branded as the FISU World University Games. The World Military Championships (WMC) are the world championships of the military sports, regularly organized by the Conseil International du Sport Militaire, in each of the 26 disciplines of the sport military. History CISM had its roots in World War II. Eighty-two free world nations competed in about 24 different sports. The United States participates in 12 of those sports. Athletes who have done well at the interservice championships, national and international level are invited into a CISM training camp, which operates much like military training camps. The Military World Games is a multi-sport event for military sportspeople, organized by the International Military Sports Council (CISM). They have been held since 1995, although championships for separate sports had been held for some years. European Wrestling Championships
The European Wrestling Championships is the second oldest international wrestling competition of the modern world and the main wrestling championships in Europe. It predates World Wrestling Championships and other regional wrestling championships and is second only to the wrestling events at the Olympics. From its inception in 1898 till 1927 only Greco-Roman wrestling was contested. Since 1929 separate freestyle wrestling events were held as well. Since 1970 the two Olympic wrestling styles were contested together during the same unified events. Since 1973 Sambo wrestling was included into the championships programme along with GR and freestyle wrestling (subsequently discontinued and from 1983 contested separately). Wrestling World Cup is an international wrestling competition among teams representing member nations of the United World Wrestling (UWW) the sport's global governing body. The cups have been conducted by FILA (the UWW predecessor) every year since the 1973 tournament. The World Cup began as a dual-meet competition for the top teams on each continent, but now features the top teams in the rankings of the previous year's world championships. Two individual competitions under the same name were held in 1956 and 1958 before establishing the current World Cup comeptition in 1973. beside that UWW had another competition called Individual World Cup as a replacement event for the 2020 World Championships.
