Denis Keefe
Denis Edward Peter Paul Keefe CMG (born 29 June 1958) is a British diplomat and former Ambassador to Serbia. Biography Keefe was educated at Campion School, Hornchurch and studied Classics at Churchill College, Cambridge and Hellenistic Greek poetry at Hertford College, Oxford. He joined the Diplomatic Service in 1982 and served at Nairobi and twice at Prague as well as at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) in London. In 2007 he studied Georgian and Russian at Malmö University in preparation for his appointment as ambassador. Keefe was Ambassador to Georgia 2007–10 including the Russo-Georgian war in 2008. He was one of the victims of the 2010 Georgian news report hoax. Keefe was Minister and Deputy Head of Mission in Moscow 2010–14. Campion School, Hornchurch
The Campion School is a Roman Catholic boys' secondary school and coeducational sixth form in Hornchurch, London, England. The school converted to academy status in August 2011, and has a specialism in science. History The Campion School was founded in September 1962 by the Society of Jesus as a grammar school for Roman Catholic boys from the ages of 11 to 18. The first headmaster Fr Michael Fox SJ died that year. In 1965, after two successive headmasters, administration of the school was handed on to the Diocese of Brentwood. On opening, some of the original second and third year intake were transferred from St Ignatius' College, which was then located in Stamford Hill. For the first couple of years, Jesuit teachers were in the majority. Sian MacLeod
Sian Christina MacLeod (born 31 May 1962) is a British diplomat who was formerly head of the UK delegation to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in Vienna. She is now the British Ambassador to Serbia. Career MacLeod graduated from the Royal Academy of Music with a BMus degree in 1983. She joined the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) in 1986 and served in Moscow 1988–92. After the collapse of the Soviet Union she served briefly as deputy head of mission in Vilnius, Lithuania, in 1992. She then returned to the FCO until she was posted to The Hague 1996–2000. She was sent back to Moscow 2004–07, first as political counsellor and then as minister and deputy head of mission. She was ambassador to the Czech Republic 2009–13 and was appointed to be head of the UK delegation to the OSCE in 2015 (with the rank of ambassador). Michael Sean Davenport (born 13 September 1968) is an American musician. Davenport was bass guitarist for The Ataris, joining the band in 1997 prior to the album '' Blue Skies, Broken Hearts...Next 12 Exits'' in which Davenport co-wrote the song "In Spite of the World". He also played bass on the album '' End Is Forever'' and the EP ''Look Forward to Failure'' on Fat Wreck Chords. After numerous recordings, tours, and a major label release with The Ataris, '' So Long Astoria'' in which he co-wrote the song "The Hero Dies in this One" about his father Francis Davenport, who died in a car accident in Santa Barbara county when Davenport was just 19 years old.
